i have it on good word from a relative vested heavily in oex, that a rig contractor may be signed even in a matter of days. i was told that 1 or 2 contractors that mgmt were in negotiations with stated they would not jump onboard until the farm out was officially signed.
does anyone that's in contact with mgmt have anything to add to that?
rig contractor to be signed soon?
