Mont, I agree they should have had all Sengkang development applications submitted long ago but that part of the translation does seem pretty clear and it also includes a qoute from M Luthfi stating 'no POD has been submitted'. That does seems strange as they have had at least 2 years to sort the political process side of things out.
Half-yearly due 24th August ( i think ) so will it be full of good news or excuses ?
The AGM in October will be interesting as unless there are some rapid developments they will be able to use the same notes, speeches and promises they used last year. Talk about Groundhog day,there has been zero (nil) tangible progess on any of the projects discussed last year.
