wasn't the 6 mil for a study, not so much for a pilot plant although i have read the full announcment, my thoughts on a plant would be to include processing for other at the moment pre production companies, not just for us. other can also pay us for the ongoing self funding cost to get it up.... which should be doable as the margin cost would get great for them too. think i ask the queston about value added lithium at last years agm and it was clearly said not interested....and in interviews since.... not interested. (although i noted some hesitating in one interview even though the answer was with confidence...not interested as our focus is.....) maybe they put in for the grant with no really intent. pre payment to buy our product is an ok idea, but even a deal could be done at that 1000 or even spot pricing at a discount...if the pressure on lithium need in a couple of years then the spot price is like the be more and the pressure to secure product for most... there are still some very very large deposist in canada and south america yet to come into mining...but they are a some time off... read something about the canada on being the largest in the world. the squeeze on available product should be in full swing in 3years.... many of course are trying to lock pricing and availibility in now.
when i first looked at CXO year ago, and got in at the 4.4cent.. and track other lithium plays i saw us on a similar up swing to GXY, looking like they could hit 6.5-$7 next year for the low lows not so long ago. I getting old so don't really want to wait years for us to achieve that. $4 will be good enough me and CXO, 1.50-2 by this time next year.
