I'm not understanding the negativity from holders...its expected from those that apparently don't hold the stock.

What was the share price prior to the recent exploration announcements? Roughly 7.1c-7.3c
These positive announcements resulted in the share price jumping to over 10c and then settled back under 10c. Normal.

Management took the view to raise now following this recent rise in share price at 8c. Keeping in mind that the share price has been trading roughly between 6.8c-8.3c for the past four months.

Exploration companies need money and I would prefer that they are fully funded to undertake, in their words, "an aggressive drilling campaign", than sit back and take their time.

If you are here to trade and flip, then you have been left with your pants down. If you are here to invest for the medium term, then in my opinion, you will be well rewarded.
