To be honest it does seem more like shorts are going for the kill as opposed to holders selling off on news - I mean the quarterly had some rough spots, but not enough to warrant wholesale sell-off. The worry now is if shorts think they can drive this down into the $5-$6 range, a buyout offer at something like $10 would carry a 70%-80% premium and thus be marketed as positive.
