apparently re gpt, instos can not hold bgp units, and UBS is buying stock with an agreement to sell it back so instos do not have to hold bgp which will probably not be able to be sold.
Also strong talk that cap raising could occur today, MQG, RBS and JPM being involved, inc a pref share placement
