If the price drops to 80c then you are getting the shares for FREE. Because there is an 80c cash return after the shareholder vote. I am saying that anyone that buys FAR tomorrow for $1.10 will be getting a free look at Bambo.
Share cost $1.10
Cash return $0.80c
Share actual cost $0.30c
Cash on hand after Bambo $60M or 60c per share.
I would expect even if Bambo was a duster the shares would trade at at least 50% of cash backing so any purchase of FAR shares at $1.10 or lower, the purchaser gets a free look at Bambo with zero downside.
This is assuming that shares purchased up until the shareholder vote are eligible for the 80c cash return.
