surely it is up to the company and keep shareholders informed with the size of the claim and the likely hood of success .it should not be up to share holders to trawl through court records to find out. the size is potentially very important if its 10000 or millions i as a share holder would wont to know. when asked at a AGM the board refused to answer that question. to me not telling this to share holders runs the risk of people thinking it is serious and thats before the down rampers get stuck into it
