From my recall, 1st and 2nd AONs carried out some field/exploration works at Ayre Anomaly prospect. Then CR1 has also carried out some works there.
Then, most importantly 2nd AON knew that there were no conductors over there and CR1 also knew admitted twice no conductors there.
However, all of sudden they heard LEG's Mawson discovery in around Dec 2019 and then restarted field works to follow LEG's fantasy like illusive steps.
However, big difference between LEG and CR1 is whether there is existence of conductors or not. LEG had very strong conductors then apart from commercial viability while CR1 had no, as far as I know.
We all know that CR1 have spent 2020 full year plus 7 months of 2021 over there. This also means for this unlikely prospective project all relevant companies have had spent altogether 5~6 years time and enormous shareholders hard earned monies.
Still too early to surprise is that no one knows how long they will spend money and time further on Ayre Anomaly project.
This is extremely unpleasant mining history.
