200 beds with bums in it ----------- how many trained nurses a day -
using say - maybe 1 nurse to 2 beds ---------- 3 shifts
that sort of stuff --------- why the reluctance to do it?
then, straight to attack the person ---------
try organising an emergency response for an incoming 2000 people mixed male, female and children including babies - given less than 2 weeks notice - might have even been a week - too far back to remember
when you're on your pat malone and haven't even had kids or changed a nappy - and there ain't no instruction manual
you have to arrange medical supplies and call in staff and work out how many more staff you need ---------- have a crack at that one -
that's an order I got
did it go ok? ------------ yeah - it went fine - I ended up with a shitload of nappies left over after it was all over though - and, didn't have a lot of use for them in an infantry battalion
