Put simply... this is too cheap.
$11.5M recurring rev on an EV of $18M, effectively 1.5x.. let's try 3x for starters, or closer to 4.5c.
Yes they had $230k gov incentive which has tipped them into CF+, but either way, they're very close to the right side.
