    What can possibly cause the delay?

    Client rescinding the contract?

    Contract win amount that is SO BIG that they needed more time to draft an announcement?

    Looking at the past announcements, they only had a trading halt once prior to announcing a contract win and that was $8m a few years ago. This was their biggest contract win at that time.
