Taking Zilosul as a preventive after say, an accident or trauma has shown to stall the effects of Osteoarthritis. (forgive me as I don't remember where I just read that...you Mozz?)
Also remember that Osteoarthritis is caused by movement and exercise, working the joints and wearing them down. Yet some exercise is beneficial by keeping muscle tone active and supporting the joints.
Computer is acting up and I can hardly see this now.....I'll bug off for a while and try to correct the situation. Onward and upward,no matter what the pace!
