It's been quite a while since I've analysed the ownership structure of tbr/rnd. The below are from comsec (first one tbr, second one rnd), not sure how accurate it is. From memory Sierra Gold is effectively AB? So does AB own 65% of tbr? If so a takeover or even effective control of either tbr/rnd would be near impossible without AB selling, though I suppose based on the below rnd would be a possibility without AB. I am interested in this so please update me on the ownership structure if my understanding isn't up to date, because yes I do see it as a possibility that evn would play for a full takeover of tbr/rnd given they've already taken a sizeable stake in tbr and certainly seem very interested in the EKJV assets.
