    Why restructure for the next year when they could just buy back debt for 20 cents on the dollar periodically as EBITDA comes in, without stating any intentions regarding any remaining balances? I think many BEPPA holders would not agree to sell out so far from maturity on any terms, and it is more sensible for BBI to weed out those who would sell at very low prices methodically.
