Jake to JPMorgan when share price $4.80: "I need $400 mill"
JPMorgan: "we like EVN, we will give you $400 mill at $3.85"
Jake: "no way Jose (I mean, JP) , that is a 20% discount"
JP: "let us chat again in a couple of days"
....three days later
JP: "I am still here, Jake, got the instos and sophs all lined up... $3.85"
Jake: "my oh my, somehow the share price has got down to $4.07; $3.85 is only a 5% discount; if you will accept such a small discount, then we have a deal"
... and Jake and Jose (I mean, JP) and instos and sophs lived happily ever after
