let’s not be too harsh...I’m sure with a robust dog turd picking process, policy and procedure developed and endorsed over multiple iterations and by multiple stakeholders (internal and external), a detailed engineering process and standards compliance workshop, ensuring health, safety and environmental considerations are taken into account for the said final dog turd receptacle that then feeds into an overly bureaucratic tendering and procurement campaign that costs much more to undertake than any savings derived by it and then adequate on the job training and support and of course appropriate additional remuneration to compensate for the task they could manage!
