There's been heavy turnover on that page for years. Some of the new technical hires look good, though - Boyton has a strong technical background.
FLN doesn't seem to keep people in the senior-most technical roles for very long and has never managed to hire anyone with any significant prior work history into a senior role. I don't think they've ever picked up ex-FAANG management, ever, for example. If you skip the remarkably-brief-and-suspiciously-worded reviews on Glassdoor ("the only downside is that everyone at Freelancer is really smart and hard-working!") and filter out the people who are freelancing on FLN as opposed to working there, you can get an idea why.
