All shareholders can be assured that he is not going to make decisions that benefit any other interests other than shareholders. He is not going to sell himself down the river.
I agree that I don’t know any other company where a NED has stumped up this sort of cash and purchased on market and through raises. Puts the free share lifestyle directors to shame!
