Seems its only the posters here on HC that are promoting CLA apart from a scant few updates about once every new moon there has been little else. The update on the work done is a series of boxes that have been ticked off but just what that means we have no ideas.
Where are the details ?
As for the other Permits 2 of those are under appeal however i doubt they will get those 2 as they are entirely within that new National Park, one that is outside has a resource that has never ever been mentioned by the company, why??
The Sagay Permit renewal is still pending i checked the Dept register which is updated i see the new approval for Oceana Gold is on there that came at a cost as its made retrospective to the original expiry June 2019 so in effect they clipped 2 years off.
The Department has said they are reviewing all Permits etc and expect to be cancelling many inactive ones, which is evident on that log book with heaps of Permits Licences being Denied for renewals. These include the 2 mentioned above however both have been Appealed with as yet no outcome.
The Sagay Permit is listed as having an application for a renewal.
There is still lots of potential on the MCB Permit area but we dont want these people moving off into exploration as we have in 3 days time been waiting 5 months to get results from 2 drill holes.
