Agreed. For a hostile takeover, it would require getting the Top shareholders to agree, and they'll want $4/share as a minimum.
OMH management have always been poor at keeping the market informed. I've contacted a few in the media and frankly they're not interested in OMH.
OMH started the year with reasonably good prices, but the shutdown has curtailed this. The prices are fantastic now but I fear we're only getting a small amount of business due to the lockdown. Once they can start full production and can ship normally then I see good profits going forward. I had been hoping for a dividend this next time but that many not happen either. Hopefully by the end of the year OMH will be back in the black and in full production. At least the shareprice is holding fairly well.
