seller- buyer?

I looked at the last Substantial notice for Concord July 29
The market volume between the sell down they announced from 15 July to 29 was aprox 4.6 million share of which they sold 2.2 m almost 1/2 the total volume.
From the 29 July to now another 6.1m has been sold, if they are responsible for 1/2 again or aprox 3m they are coming very close to not being a substantial holder or under 5%.
It looks also like there is support at around 12.5c
Who is buying?
