I think its time to stop reading HC until DFS drops. If someone wants to drop the shareprice by selling down to get weak hands to sell, completely legal if they have the shares to do it. Sure TH might have been good but it was all there in past announcements for everyone to understand but admit it can become confusing so TH probably would have been good
