Interesting. So you think that a 5% holding entitles you to scrutinise yet less than 5% doesn't. mmm, so obviously you don't research your investments at all then?. You just go in blindly? (with respect to all vision impaired people) Anyway, no, I don't quite hold 5% but that won't stop me from questioning and researching my hard earned. It shouldn't stop anyone from doing that. My initial investment plus a few top ups were based on time lines and promises made. When the goal posts moved, I started questioning as I have a substantial amount of money invested here which i want to protect. I still believe in the fundamentals which is why I haven't sold. However as a part owner of VRX, I am perfectly entitled to question bad practice.
I don't know how many pennies you have invested here (and don't care) but I bet you scrutinise buying a fridge or car more than you have researched your share purchases. How many questions do you ask a car salesman before you buy? - lots right. So that's all I am doing here. I research hard and contact company execs to ask key questions. As a result all of my investments are doing well. The only one that has failed was a penny dreadful crypto currency start up. Thankfully, I just dabbled in that one. The fundamentals of that stock looked brilliant at the outset. Reputable outsourced tech company to cut the code, etc. This was a while back when crypto was just on the rise. However, as deadline after deadline missed, questions were asked. The result is that company is delisted and operating in Singapore somehow. This is why I get nervous when deadlines keep getting missed. It shows a weakness somewhere.
All V shareholders should be concerned because it's not just one deadline missed, it's multiple.
