Seriously I have been retired for 3 years and now have more in my super than I had 3 years ago.
You obviously are not very good with your money or maths.
Putting it simply if you have $1M in super and make 10% per year you will make $100,000 per year.
If you spend less than $100,000 a year you are making money.
It's not that difficult.
