No harm in cashing in some of the Bonds now. Proves to the market that there is no problem in accessing the available cash.
I myself have drawn on available credit lines just to prove to myself that the ink on the paperwork is good for it. I even leave a small chunk aside in another account that costs me a little spill in interest so that the LOC has been activated.
