Well - the demonstrable destruction in shareholder value post announcement. Massive drop post announcement followed by harsh continued SP reaction. And yes I know ecom has last some of its edge in the market but RBL has fallen well in excess of other listed peers and more than twice as far as ETSY. So you can put the excess fall in the SP do to this "strategy". A very high profile research analyst stopped covering the stock as a result of the fixed cost trajectory and institutional shareholders sold off.
So yeah - theres that.
