Tls hasn't been revalued by the market,the way the proceeds will be invested will decide how the market reacts and whether its a great outcome..

The sp is rising imo because US 10 year bond yields dropped back to approx 1% ,u get 1% in deposit rates and a co like tls is paying approx 5% div domestic /global plus FC's domestic.
Average joe believes the div is sustainable i don't under current management.
Lets not forget penn must lease back the asset so how woll that effect tls's current cost trend.?.
