The Australian Shareholders Association will publish official voting intentions this week and I"ll give the link once they are up.
Needless to say, they recommend that shareholders vote against all resolutions, but particularly resolution 3, which has insufficient information on which to base an informed decision.
The ASA are also going to question the ASX on why this resolution was allowed past muster with so little back up information for shareholders.
Again the company asks for near 100% dilution after squandering $50 million in the last two years with absolutely NO progress and nothing to show for it.
To say it's obscene is an understatement.
Angry is now working on media exposure on ASX and ASIC failure to act within a 'fair' time frame for shareholders.
We all STRONGLY urge shareholders to complete and return their voting documents however few shares you hold, as every little counts, and again, all the small numbers add up to big numbers.
PLEASE make the effort to send in your forms, with against vote clearly registered if you are using the chairman as a proxy.
If you use the ASA for your proxy, then please wait for their website link details.
If you have any friends or family still holding (stuck in?)
please also encourage them all to make the effort to return forms.
