please don't misrepresent me ever again

I currently do not have a PA and have never made such claim.

I know what it contains. it certainly does not say "directors illegally traded while insolvent"

additionally Alex is the new CEO not the CEO at the time of R&A so the question around 6p's is just another attempt to disparage the directors for potentially being blindsided by an anti competitive back room deal they were not privy to.
