It seems you have decided to argue a different point from what I have written.

You took issue with my use of the word "likely", and are now claiming I have stated "directors illegally traded while insolvent".

The Administrators report did give a likely date of initial insolvency. I have not lied about the contents.

Best you reread my posts and check the specific opinions of mine you have taken issue with.

I have maintained that AJM being insolvent is not necessarily the same thing as directors acting illegally. I was very clear about that, as per the previous post linked in @sabine's reply above.
