It would be interesting if we build permanently manned space stations, say of an annular shape, and spin them to duplicate gravity. This would be desirable, because the human body does not perform well in a long tem weightless state. Which isn't surprising.
This would be initially disorienting, for down would be to the outside, not the inside. Then you could manufracture a world to suit yourself. I favour an octagonal flat world, slightly curved at the edges like a half-pipe. I feel this would also find favour, with the Skateboarders, and skaters.
