I agree a couple of distributions - say 6-7c in total then offloading the assets would yield the best return both in terms of quantum but also the timeline to distribute capital would ne shorter and although not that impactful on a DCF view , the freedom to cash out earlier and relocate ones capital attracts me . Ofcourse each individual shareholder can execute the strategy by collecting the cash for 2-3 years and the selling the stock. A 9c-10c Dist over 3 years and selling stock at 8-9c would yield a similarly solid outcome
