Depends how it is done, who is engaged to perform the task, and to whom it is pitched.
If done properly online bidding for share in World Class RE resources could command a premium as well. So if it closes a X, it could be at 1.3 X or higher as well.
LYC got pitched to Japan corporates, ASM to South Korea corporates,
Would PEK be restricted to UK or get pitched to Germany and USA car manufacturers as well?
Doubt if PEK management were able to get SML on their own merits. There would have been degree of UK FCDO UK Foreign Office involvement as well.
