It would be interesting to know the exact covid requirements for carriers simply passing through a port like Koolan?

Id assume that as long as they are not requiring medical attention such as some carriers down at Frew port just now then they would be free to pass through uninhibited.

Isolating for a period before entering the port would seem futile unless they are actually testing the ship on arrival in Australian waters?

It would make sense to test at port of departure for all cargo and freight carriers as they could almost isolate en route to their destination to some degree.
