here are some alternatives:
1. Hold
2. Buy more.
3. Get on HC and be comforted by others who are also down. That way you will feel part of a community and in the communal spirit you will fell, as a subconscious level, that being down a tad is a normal thing.
4. Reduce your margin to 90%
5. All of the above.
6. Exercise
