The original proposal was that DBCT would be sold THEN there would be a BEPPA restructure.
My counter was that IF DBCT was sold, THEN BEPPA restructure does not make sense because BBI could buy back BEPPA debt much cheaper than any restructure plan that would satisfy all BEPPA holders.
