    I'm a touch confused. Presumably to have gathered this stock while TZ is suspended Gallagher must have purchased off market from someone(s) and the assumption is that this is AS?

    If that's the case how does this announcement signal anything by way of hostile intent? Could it not just be that AS has had to sell his shares to an old friend for personal reasons or to settle debts?

    Obviously I am missing something. Could you please explain
