In light of the two times the company has promised an update re approvals (3 if you count the interview on Crux) it would have been partially redeeming were Vimy to have released an announcement before open this morning. This is especially the case as on Friday Mike implied that the news was good and that you don't release good news on a Friday (before almost immediately releasing a positive announcement). I implied that to mean stay tuned for Monday.
Very very sloppy. The worst thing is it is all of the Company's doing. I wonder if Matt from Crux will bring it up next time he is on. I just hope Mike improves as it would be good to keep him the whole way but he cannot keep kicking own goals.
Lastly, as pointed out by a few people. His comment re good news is just asking to get in trouble with the regulator. What is good? It is highly subjective and the idea is the company does not encourage speculation on unknowns. Really basic stuff.
