Why sell now the small chunk when you can sell the motherload later with a just bit more effort and patience unless the interested party is willing to buy, motherload included with just a bit of discount. 50c right now but MORE MORE MORE if we go into production and able to fund it ourselves further drilling without risk of further dilution.
