I just refinanced my personal mortgage and two investments with commbank from St George. Zip account wasn't an issue. all they required was a statement like any other debt facility. Commbank obviously included a credit card with the mortgage but I was not compelled to close my and my Wife's Zip and Afterpay accounts.
