The % people that have been infected with covid in Sweden is somewhere between 15-20%. or 1,500,000-2,000,000. Their hospitals according to the live stats have 20 serious or critical patients. Which is 0.1% of present +ve cases. So assuming that half those wont make it. Thats 1 person per 2000 +ve cases that pass away. That is far far less of a fatality rate than the flu. you have to except that. And live a normal non lockdown life. Which is what they have.

You're ignoring a couple of factors. The amount of vaccination done. And that after being smashed by the first wave, Swedes basically went into voluntary lockdown. Rates of movement were actually pretty similar in the non locked down Sweden as their locked down neighbours.
