PTR is interesting from a TA point of view. To me it should be at the bottom SP from a look at previous support levels, also the STO shows oversold. What is interesting to me is that it seems that the MACD is increasing whilst the SP trend has been down. Divergence and whooska ?? Dunno but it looks that way to me
