Yawn. The company hadn't told the local councillors what levels of dust/etc will occur because they haven't applied for their state mining license. The zoning comes after that. They've only just started engaging with the local councillors. Perhaps they should have started earlier but all the info you keep dredging up references "before" the meeting. Do you have anything from "after" the meeting to indicate that nothing has changed? In fact I think you only really have 2 articles that you keep on quoting.
