I've worked online for over 20 years, and can tell you that's the date google will have spidered the page.

It means that yes, it was live then, but unless the URL was leaked, nobody would have found it.

And the only way to truly find out how many people viewed the document then, would be to look at their Google Analytics account and server logs.

I'd put it down to poor housekeeping more than anything sinister. Particularly as every other Lithium stock I follow was up around 10%-20% between Tuesday and Friday last week. That indicates to me more of a sector wise interest than anything else.

And possibly that's also related to the spotlight being shone on PLL (opps, where's my licences? d'oh!) and a lot of people bailing there, looking for safer harbours / lithium companies with significantly more upside.
