just saying whats going on in the property market at the moment is loose lending policies allowing people to continue to buy for record prices - that sounds a lot like the market in 08 just gotta wait and see what happens - i was looking to purchase another property at 500k in 2019 and now same areas same comparisons cant get it for less than 650k in sydney tell me thats normal LMAO - you also got single parents about to be allowed to purchase with 2% down - if we have anything that unsettles the markets slightly in 2-3 years banks cant carry all that crazy debt - im just saying got a pessimistic outlook long term for the market as a whole and its looking a lot like the lead up to 08 - as for zip keep hodling and buying the dip - short pressure can only last so longg only a matter of time before some random announcement pumps the stocks and blows the recent shorters again dyor and i know nothing
