The ironic thing is FAR let SNE slip away when they farmed down to CNE/COP and failed to protect FAR's future interest by ensuring PE clauses were watertight.
We haven't seen legal articles stating that the FAR/WPL case was groundbreaking.
WPL cannot steal something when FAR provided them with a perfectly legal way to acquire the asset, particularly when the price paid to FAR is comparable to the price WPL paid to CNE years later...
