we will never know if he put any feet wrong during his tenure, all we need to know is that the ship is saved (at least so far).
the fact that CER has not been diluted has been discussed at length on here a number of times, most notably by defabstar. it has little to nothing to do with GR and everything to do with the state of CNP's books. would be a good idea to do a search and have a read.
the big banks that failed? you mean the ones without friends in the fed? most of the others are still ticking away last i checked, full of bailout money.
