I was not suggesting that Shaw's are responsible for AMU sp, simply pointing out that they appear to have withdrawn their support for the company and as such Hartleys deserve the right to conduct the placement as a vocal supporter of the stock.

with respect, you are often alluding to knowledge of behind the scenes 'dynamics' but never really say what you mean or fully explain what it is you are alluding to. This is not info readily available to all shareholders
