exactly , some saying why didnt we raise in the 40s , forward thinking in a very tough market at the moment , raise now in the 30s im happy with its obviously needed and raising now we shouldnt have to give any more then 10-15% discount i hope but who knows these days , there is some serious problems within the market that need to be addressed but i wont hold my breath , long term is key to winning if you have the courage to hold as long as you get your initial entry right
